Improving the quality and fit of the bedding would significantly enhance the overall guest stay.
5.0You felt safe when entering the property, as access is controlled through two security gates operated by remote access. The maintenance staff member was very helpful and assisted us by providing a round plug adapter for a hair dryer. The accommodation was clean, and the air conditioner was a great addition, making our stay much more comfortable.
− While the unit was comfortable overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. Unlike the other units, there was no outdoor seating area provided for this unit. The braai area also appears to require some maintenance. Although the unit accommodates two guests, only one bar stool was provided, and there was no other indoor seating available. The mattress did not have a mattress protector, and the fitted sheet was too small, causing it to roll up during the night and expose the mattress. The bedding requires attention, as it does not meet the standard one would expect for the price paid. No blanket was provided, which meant we had to rely on the air conditioner for warmth. There were also no clothes hangers available, and only one bath towel and one hand towel were supplied. Additionally, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The stove ignition was not working, and we had to borrow a lighter from the neighbouring unit in order to use it.
Very enjoyable and private with good braai facilities.
