10.0Excelente servicio, ubicación e instalaciones. César siempre es muy atento y presto a brindar toda la asistencia posible para que tu estadía sea amena. He vuelto a este lugar en varias oportunidades y seguiría volviendo aquí en cada visita a Machalilla.

4.0Location on the beach was nice. Room was large.
− Staff were just a little weird. Wouldn't leave us a key, wanted to lock us in then we ask them when we want to leave. Weird communication before arriving where they would tell me if booking was confirmed, despite it being confirmed on booking.com. They didn't know we were coming so had to wait for them to get back to hotel. It was all just, weird.
