2.0The inside was ok
− The place was not clearly marked from the street as The best beach Villa instead it was called Bellissimo or something like that. The exterior was old and needed repairs, the roof insulation / lining was torn and exposed, no roofing guttering, the garbage bins outside were full of maggots. We could not sit on the veranda because all the furniture was rusty and at risk of collasping. The stairway to the entrance was so rickety and the stairway access lighting was not working and we did not dare take our bags up them instead we left our luggage in the car. The driveway was so narrow and long we just got our car down to the so-called VILLA. The photos(must be very old) as advertised in Booking .Com was not as found during our 1 night stay. To be fair I don't know how this property can be listed with Booking .Com as the Best Beach Villa instead it should read 'Budget Beach Villa' Note :- photo's have been taken as proof. We are very disgusted.

− The property at the back and the entrance driveway too marrow. Having a hard time for the trailer to get inside

5.0− I didn't realise the second room was downstairs with only outside connection to the main house. The driveway to the house was narrow with difficulty in turning the vehicle at the top.

Comfortable accommodation in a good location and with a great view.
8.0The view from the villa was wonderful despite the weather being dreadful that day. Warm and comfortable and quite modern inside.
− The outside of the property needs maintenance and grounds need a good tidy up. The second bedroom being downstairs was not convenient for us because of bad weather that day and too dangerous to be using the outside stairs for older people. However there were enough beds upstairs so we made do with that.
