− The accomodation was grotty. Dead flies on the floor throughout, dust on almost every surface, gross stains on the carpet and curtains with stains. Marks on the walls. This place is unkept. Cheap Aldi bodywash in bathroom, which made me question if these were cleaned between customers. Checkin was bothersome as the management company had not provided us details for our 3pm arrival. The phone number was disconnected and despite multiple email, none were replied to. At 5pm I finally locate a phone number for management company and had to provide details for registration. Finally gained acess to proprty at 5.45pm.

− The pool was not included in the stay. The code didn’t come til 30 mins after they said the code would be sent. I couldn’t contact anyone

− Minor though as overall had an enjoyable experience. Cleanliness not perfect and property needs a bit more upkeep e.g. batteries in remote.
