Overall, it was a warm and comfortable stay with friendly service.
9.0I stayed here over the weekend (19–21 June) and had a genuinely comforting experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable honestly, I wished I could take one home with me :) The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and patient, especially as we checked in late on Friday night. They made sure we were well taken care of, which was truly appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised by the consistent supply of warm water, something not always guaranteed in rural accommodations but Imvomvo definitely exceeded expectations. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would happily return in the future.
− The only downside was that some of the power plugs were not working consistently, which was a bit inconvenient. It would also be great if electric blankets could be prepared in advance during winter, rather than having to request them upon arrival. Although the staff were quick to assist, having them already set up would improve the overall guest experience.

3.0The room. We had the rondavel unit. It was adequately equipped. I loved how even though I am disgruntled, they still allowed a late check out for me
− The fact that you feel misled. This unit is marketed by booking.com as being in mount ayliff town whereas it's an entire 40minutes away! It is NOT in Mount Ayliff town, instead its located in a village on the outskirts of town. This adds a significant amount of travel time not to mention it is extreme inconvenient. Be clear on the advert regarding your location. You guys are aware of this issue as alluded by one of your staff members, who mentioned that is actually a common issue he hears from guests. This was a frustrating experience.
