− The cleanliness! I had to contact PM to get a plumber for a blocked basin plus water pouring from the HWS outside. Bins were full the day we arrived and were not due to be emptied until 1 week later on the day we left. We found drug paraphernalia in the kitchen drawer! My 9 month old grandson was with us and lost a toy under the couch so we had to move it——-first time it’s been moved in months if not years. It was disgusting. I have tried contacting the PM to address these issues instead of putting it all here but they have ignore 3 text messages from me. So here I am
