10.0The location was fabulous, close to the beach and local club/coffee shops. Plenty of space and warm blankets and pillows. Fabulous location and beautiful surroundings.
− The instructions to find the lock box wasn't clear. The garage was a tight fit. The TV was too small.

Convenient for the weekend trip as we don’t have to spend much time in the home except for basically sleeping
5.0Close to sawtell main strip and beach close drive to c ex stadium.
− It was some what clean, however had a smell to it. Kitchen and bedroom windows were broken couldn’t be opened. House keys only opened back door and keys didn’t work in both screen doors or front door lock. Safety lock box broken was hard to access keys. Window coverings on side of house exposed all inside the home. Neighbours were quick to demand outside light stay turned off and also quick to tell us where we couldn’t park.
Excellent; kid friendly and easy to access.
