− Carpet could do with a hoover. Also found a used plaster on the floor. Some Kitchen utensils were dirty but I always wash first anyway so not an issue.

Very unorganised by booking.com and renter. Lack of communication and unable to contact renter via the number left on bo
6.0Postcode linked to two different sites which was difficult to find. Once found correct accommodation, we were told that booking.com had double booked the lodge. Unable to contact renter with the number provided on booking.com. As we were second to turn up we were told that we were very lucky that they had 2 lodges spare. Man at the desk was exceptionally helpful and we are grateful that he was able to accommodate us to another lodge. We picked between the two.
− Directions and post code needs updating. To ensure that the accommodation is not double booked as we had two excited children and if the park was full we would have been turned away.
