10.0Jedem Naturliebhaber kann ich dieses Juwel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Absolut bewundernswert was für ein wertfolles Geschenk für die Natur von Eberhart und seiner Frau Gloria auf die Beine gestellt wurde. Man kann auf eigene Faust einen spannenden Rundung auf dem Gelände machen und all die verschiedenen Pflanzen die bestens gehegt und gepflegt werden bewundern. Das Bad im Fluss war äusserst erfrischend und sehr beruhigend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

10.0If you are searching for a place to enjoy nature and to relax and eat delicious and healthy food then this is the right place to be. Also if you don‘t mind that everybody is supernice to you 😅.
Difficuly to get there by road! Disappointing cancellation responce.
1.0N/A - We didn't stay at the accommodation.
− We made the booking at 11:30am from Santa Marta on the day of arrival. We wanted to stay in Bonda and the reviews of this place looked amazing. We took a taxi, but the sat nav was intermittant due to poor internet signal. When we got signal , we called the venue (35 mins into the taxi ride) & they advised that we were unable to reach the accommodation by taxi. They could arrange 4 motos to collect us (& our luggage) at a cost of 160k COP or a 4x4 SUV at a cost of $240k COP. We would also need to pay the similar the following day to return to Santa Marta. This was cost prohibitive to us, so we asked if we could cancel the booking. They said that we need to submit a cancellation via Booking.com & they would ask their boss to arrange the waiver. Later that day, I received a notification that they were unable to waive the cancellation fee because it was not cancelled 2 days before the booking!! I'm dissapointed that the hotel didn't make it clearer that special transport was required (instead of being hidden in the smallprint of the booking confirmation). We have recontacted the accommodation via WhatsAPP asking then to waive the cancellation fee, but they have declined. I've written this review becasue I don't want any other future guests to have the same experience. Not only do we need to pay for the cancellation fee, but we also paid $70k COP for a taxi ride half way there & back. Note to teh hotel: I will change my rating if you consider waiving the cancellation charge.

Wonderful stay in the Columbian jungle
9.0Wonderful stay in the jungle. We did a two hour hike up to the property which was really nice, but you can take the moto taxis. The place itself was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. It's in a nature reserve which you can walk around and visit.
