7.0− Tối hôm đó cúp điện khoảng 3 4 tiếng từ 22g-2g sáng, khách sạn chỉ nói lí do và xin thông cảm. Và mình mất ngủ cả đêm vì nóng, sáng phải đi Nam Cát Tiên. Nên cảm thấy cách xử lý khi xảy ra vấn đề của khách sạn chưa tốt. Còn nhân viên và tiện nghi ổn.

10.0I had a perfect stopover. There was nothing to complain about – the hotel was flexible, the food was excellent value for money, and the staff were very helpful. If I have the opportunity, I will gladly return.
