The place is a safe haven for relaxing and I was happy to wake up and see animals ,very much enjoyed

8.0Das Haus liegt abgelegen an der Sabie mitten in der Natur. Man teilt sich eine Küche, den Wohnbereich und den Garten/Pool mit den anderen Gästen, die ebenfalls im gleichen Haus leben. Der Gastgeber und seine Angestellten sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist gut. Es gibt eine Bar mit Getränkeverkauf auf Vertrauensbasis.
− Man ist definitiv für alle Ausflüge oder Besorgungen auf's Auto angewiesen. An einigen Stellen im Haus ist erkennbar, dass es schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Haus ist es recht dunkel.

A forest Heaven….
9.0Breakfast prepared by Mabel and Elizabeth was excellent. Fresh local fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, waffles and full English cooked breakfast. Coffee was from fresh beans grown on the farm. The Lodge sleeps 10 but we had the whole place for 3 of us. We cooked our own dinner one night, but the setting is magical in the forest - a taste of heaven!
− Don’t want to criticise as we loved it, but a little maintenance needed in shower rooms and the kitchen…
