− Dirty, expensive
Broken bath taps fall off, missing shower shelf, shower door, mould wet spot above air-conditioning.
3.0AVOID Leaving was the best part of the trip. Had some issues to get the codes with my phone. Please check photos of safetly issues and cleaning problems. open the bathroom window and almost fell on hand, it was broken can't stay up.. Kitchen floor not level has big hump could be trip hazzard. Verandah wood is rotten could be a hazzard Needs a lot maintaining to have it safe again and suitable to stay. Lot things falling apart. I would not live it it , Bit over priced for what we got
− The very complex huge contract I did not sign. Told if we do not sign, will not get code and no refund. Please Read contract before booking. We wont be booking with this group again. In an emergency told I have to pay for emergency tradesman to do house repairs to make safe. No thank you. Told we must agree for spot inspection at any time, No thank you. Look at the photos dirty, broken, Was concerned the fire extinguisher and fire blanket was not safely installed on a wall. Hidden in a cupboard , what to do if there was a fire. Bedroom draws can't open to place clothes away.
Great stay, highly recommend for families / group.

I have asked to check in bit early but they said can’t and only at 2pm. Fair enough but at 1:30pm got text to say cleane
