Emplacement fantastique, les pieds dans l'eau, idéalement située sur la riviera albanaise et au calme. Nous avons pleinement profité de ce merveilleux endroit pendant 5 jours, sans ressentir l'envie et le besoin d'aller sur d'autres plages tant l'endroit était paradisiaque. La villa est composé de plusieurs terrasses pour manger, faire la sieste, bouquiner à l'ombre ou bronzer sur les transats. Chambres très confortables, cuisine très bien équipées, salle de bain moderne, lave linge.

− Quelques petits équipements nécessiteraient de l'entretien (hamacs, ampoules à changer,...). Un paddle serait un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement de l'accès direct à la mer.

The view, the house and the sea is unimaginably beautiful. The stairs take you down directly into the sea, and its swimming distance to many of the beaches around. The host is great and it' s easy to communicate. There is wifi, a big plus. Honestly, it's a dream to stay here, it's quiet and calm, relaxing with hammocks and shaded areas, easy to cook together and enjoy.

− The road to the house is more of a gravel path most of the time, with a few steep sides.. its really beautiful, also a bit frightening to walk down at first, especially when carrying luggage and bringing kids and so. However, you get really used to it after some trips to the restaurants and small shops. Power outage was rather common mid-day during our stay, maybe it's different during high season. This is just the way it is in this area, and has nothing to do with the house or the host, it's just something to be mindful of. Bring a powerbank 😀

Beautiful house with really good facilities at spectacular location! Everything you need is there, and if it isn't, the host was very responsive and arranged it for us! It was wonderful sipping my morning coffee while watching the beautiful view, taking a dip in the sea and relax in the sun. The house remains cool even in warm days, we didn't need the airco (in May).

− Because of its beautiful location by the sea, the house is a 5 minute walk over a small rocky path and several stairs to get there from the (paid) parking. If you are not sure footed this may be a challenge. That's about the only downside to this place.

Fantastic to be so close to the sea. Detached spacious property. Very quiet. Fabulous views. The bedrooms are modern and good size with aircon. Would definitely recommend.

− Difficult to get to on foot with baggage. Lots of steps. But worth it for fab location, sea views and steps to the sea. Kitchen space a little tired, would benefit from modernisation. Payment was difficult to make by bank transfer and ended up costing over €60 more in bank fees.
