1.0− Host did not open our phone calls. We have found residence ourself by asking people. But still noone was around.

10.0В нашем распоряжении целый огромный красивый дом. Свой двор с парковочным местом. Три спальни, две ванных и три туалета. Очень удобное расположение в историческом районе, рядом есть кафе и продуктовые магазины
− Не удалось поладить ни с одним из 3х телевизоров. В одной ванной не было горячей воды, а во второй вода была, но в самом помещении довольно холодно

All in all, the experience was very disappointing.
2.0The location
− - The apartment was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival. It was extremely dirty, with hair and dust everywhere, and spider webs hanging from the chandeliers. Our cat was walking through the dirt on the floors. The toilets were filthy, and one of them was covered with orange stains. Even the most basic supplies were missing, such as hand soap and simple welcome items like tea bags. - The host was completely unresponsive. The photos shown on Booking were not of the actual apartment, which was very misleading. Because no one answered our calls, we spent about an hour driving around the city trying to locate the place in the photos. When we finally managed to reach the host, they sent us the wrong location via WP, causing even more confusion. Eventually, they told us they couldn’t take our call but would send someone to check us in. That person only arrived at 8 pm. - The yard was completely dark at night. Despite contacting the host several times to ask for lights to be turned on, they only kept saying they had “informed someone,” but no one showed up. In the end, we were told to go and collect the key from one girl working in their own cafe. - Plus, there is a camera in the yard, which is I believe a violation of guests’ privacy.
