Lo único bueno es la zona de terraza y piscina... Dicen q tienen q limpiar la casa y cuando llegamos allí nadie había limpiado, ni siquiera abrir las ventanas, muchísimo olor a humedad, a cerrado, ni la casa de mi abuela huele así, las duchas de los baños con moho, sucias, no había nada ni papel del baño y productos.. IMPORTANTE: el personal de servicio supuestamente tiene derecho a entrar en la casa cuando quieran, entraron estando allí y ni siquiera llamaron ni avisaron cosas q no está nada bien.. ojo con eso.

− Había 2 cafeteras y no funcionaban, nos trajeron otra y tampoco funcionaba. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones mal también.. nada bueno. El lavabo de la planta de abajo se iba el agua x el desagüe..todo encharcado cuando se usaba.

Fantastic views and lovely looking villa but needs a few things doing to it to make it even better.

The views from the property were spectacular, and the pool was really clean. Having AC in the rooms was great.

− The showers in top and bottom bathrooms weren’t very good. The top shower water didn’t come out well and the bottom shower was either blocked or leaking somewhere as it a lot of water came out onto the floor. The middle shower was ok but needed to be attached to the wall as it was handheld only which can be difficult. One of the ⁠head boards in one of the twin rooms came off wall (loose wall plug) and fell on one of the guests head, twice. One of the air conditioning units (ground floor double room) was leaking. The bedding and blankets didn’t smell too nice. We felt there could have been some bug spray provided at the property for the cockroaches, plus extra toilet rolls and bin bags should be provided. Although the location was great in terms of a great view, unless you had a car it was a bit of a walk to get to the shops, and getting a taxi was difficult so we would suggest a handover document be provided for information about transport (taxis and buses), shops, and where the bins are located.

Great villa, quite location, great for my 2 year old daughter.

Very easy check in and out process. The hosts were very good in answering my questions.

− Nothing, it was a great experience and would love to go back.
