Poor
3.0− It was advertised as having air conditioning in living area , it didn’t . Tree giving shade near pool wasn’t there . Sofa / coffee area wasn’t as photographed. Towels missing . Road noise very loud . Outside table dirty .
Any problems were sorted quickly by the owners.
8.0The location was good although you certainly needed a car.
− Really poor having no cleaning materials to clean surfaces, floors and bathrooms. No Air Conditioning in living area. Got very warm when all the family were inside. The owners did offer a fan to cool the living area.

Fantastic stay - great location for Pollenca and porto pollenca.
10.0The property was available for us earlier than the scheduled check in which was lovely. All very clean, and the welcome pack was great. Facilities were just perfect for us. We didn't cook, but there was plenty of equipment etc if you wanted to. Pool great, and sunbeds comfy. Nord villas were good at communicating information, and replied to all queries
− Nothing not too like with property, the only issue we had was getting taxis . You can't pre-book, and then when you ring in the evening, you are told it's an hour wait, or told it's 20 mins, and it's still turns up an hour late. The location is sometime hard for taxis to find - but we used the GPS info given to us in the booking which helped
