10.0An amazing house by the beach which was our home for 5 nights. Beautiful terraces, furniture, facilities, has everything you need. Super easy self- check in (we arrived later in the eve) and amazing communication. We are soo grateful!

5.0Das Haus ist sehr schön und hätte alles, was man braucht, wenn .... Eigentlich tolle Lage gleich hinter der Düne neben einem Zugang zum Meer. Grillplatz und schöne Aussichtsplattform vorhanden (für 2 Wohneinheiten). Wir waren allein ;). Leider ist die Lage Segen und Fluch zugleich. Die umliegenden Restaurants lieben laute Musik (nicht nur am Wochenende sondern täglich). Besonders das an der Brücke hatte bis in die Nacht Livemusik. Zu besonderen Zeiten gab es aber auch aus mehreren Richtungen zeitgleich Beschallung.
− Die Agentur, die die Wohnungen verwaltet sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Es klappt einfach gar nichts. Wir hatten darum gebeten frühzeitig alle nötigen Informationen für den Checkin zu bekommen. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage kam nichts. Kurz vor Beginn der Miete wurden wir mit unzähligen Nachrichten zugemüllt. Der Inhalt könnte prima in eine Mappe im Haus gepackt werden. Ich muss aber nicht ellenlange Infos über Strafzahlungen bei Schlüsselverlust auf mein Smartphone geschickt bekommen. Die Checkinzeit hatten wir bereits bei Buchung angegeben. Warum wird die am Anreisetag erneut abgefragt während man nicht mehr erreichbar ist? Zum Checkin war niemand anwesend. Die Zugangsnummern zu einer Schlüsselbox, mussten wir uns über das Internet eines benachbarten Restaurants beschaffen. Die Waschmaschine war gut versteckt in einem Nebenraum. Es lagen noch feuchte Putzlumpen drin. Handtücher zum Wechseln sind nicht vorgesehen. Ein Unding bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche. Geschirr war fettig und musste erst einmal gespült werden. Fenster schmierig. Küchenmöbel recht abgestossen. Hängematte roch unangenehm muffig. Ich könnte noch ewig weiter machen, aber dazu ist die Zeit zu schade.
