10.0The most incredible property we have ever rented on Booking.com. David is a phenomenal host who puts so much care and detail into ensuring your stay is perfect. He is very responsive, understanding and kind. The house itself is a work of art. The showstopper - it’s pool, garden and gazebo is where we’ve made our greatest memories as a family. Extremely lucky to have been able to stay here.

10.0Everything about the property was perfection. Location: Starting with the distance to the airport, 15mins at best was a pleasant surprise. It is perfectly located with amazing views of the hills. I'm not a golfer but if I was, this was be heaven on earth as we were overlooking a lovely golf course. It's only 5mins from Petra tou Romiou which has some amazing sunset views. We rented a car and it was less than a 30mins drive to Paphos Old town and the surrounding sites. Driving to Ayia Napa which was only 1.5hours and was well worth it for a slightly different experience. Facilities: I couldn't be more complimentary of the facilities. We arrived late March when the daytime weather is great but evenings and nighttime were a little chilly. As such, the heated pool and jacuzzi were always lovely to come home to. The pool is a really good size for most levels of swimmers - much bigger than most places with an external heated pools. The rooms and bathrooms were perfectly sized for 8 people with some stunning balcony views Service: David and Nicos were absolutely first class in helping manage any issues we had. Extremely quick to respond and always keen to do whatever it took to make our stay comfortable. They were also kind enough to offer an extended checkout time unprompted. This was particularly helpful as we were flying back to the UK late in the day and made for an extremely comfortable exit. The check-in and checkout processes were seamless. All in all, I would highly recommend this villa if you're considering visiting Paphos but also wanting to explore wider regions of Cyprus. Would also highly recommend renting a car for convenience and flexibility.
