6.0Die Lage war sehr gut. Ruhig und trotzdem war man schnell in der Altstadt von Alcudia, dem Hafen und bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Schöne Außenanlage mit Pool und Blick auf Olivenbäume.
− Es waren viele Kleinigkeiten die sich aufsummiert haben: die Matratzen waren völlig durchgelegen, bei unserer Ankunft war noch ein alter Kaffeefilter verschimmelt in der Kaffeemaschine, Sammelsurium an alten Tellern, Besteck, Tassen und Gläsern, defekte Topfgriffe, Pfannen die nicht mit dem Induktionsherd kompatibel sind, die Holzbank und der Holzstuhl auf der Terrasse waren komplett kaputt, Duschkabine schmutzig. Hier müsste Vieles mal erneuert werden. Dass bei dem Wochenmietpreis zusätzlich noch 50€ an Strom (März, keine Nutzung der Klimaanlage und des Pools!) im Voraus einkassiert wurden und nicht kommuniziert wurde, war etwas befremdlich. Für uns hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier leider einfach nicht gepasst.

9.0The villa is really private, great modern interior (loved the kitchen), fab pool, lovely view of the mountains. Liked the villa is only a 5 minute drive to old town. The beds were really comfortable! Nice big shower. The owner was really helpful whilst we were there. Would love to go back.

10.0We loved the property - it had everything we needed! It wasn’t overlooked and was surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. The pool was lovely, the beds comfortable and it was incredible to sit out at night and watch the sunset and see the stars! Thank you Finca S’hortet.
