10.0A quiet and safe neighborhood. The villa is beautiful, very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Elisabetta was excellent – she always replied quickly and was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

3.0La parte de arriba de la casa estaba bien era grande. Pero no es lo que publican por internet. Te publican una casa con 5 habitaciones y realmente te alquilan dos apartamentos separados por una escalera exterior con muy mal acceso. Íbamos 3 matrimonios con niños y no es una casa para las personas que dicen. No hay suficiente menaje para todos en una planta está repartido en los dos apartamentos muy incómodo. Y el precio es de villa de lujo y para nada es eso.
− La cocina llena de hormigas según la propietaria era normal, bastante asqueroso. Y para colmo habían cucarachas en toda la planta de arriba que también nos dijo que en la isla es lo normal. Las cucarachas incluso en las camas, se subían encima nuestro mientras dormiamos, verdaderamente asqueroso, nunca me había encontrado con algo así. La reserva la habíamos hecho con 8 meses de antelación y según la encargada del alquiler por el precio q pagamos (de oferta) era lo normal. (Casi 4000€) Ningún oferton. Decepcionante. Además tienes cámaras q te enfocan directamente en zonas donde tú estás haciendo vida osea te pueden controlar en cualquier momento. Creo que está propiedad no está legal para este tipo de alquiler.

10.0Понравилось все. Прекрасная вилла, персонал очень приветливый и быстро отвечал на все вопросы и помогал. 10 минут пешком до океана. На вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного прибывания. Я бы хотела ещё раз сюда вернуться.
