Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm und das Haus ist modern gestaltet. Der Check in und das Check out ist unkompliziert und Manuel ist immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Die Lage ist mit einem Auto super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und das Meer in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus bietet Ruhe und Entspannung.

− Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber was ich mitbekommen habe, ist eine Renovierung angedacht. Die Poolmöbelauflangen sind ebenso bereits sehr gebraucht, aber mit einer Auflage kann man sie nutzen.

Casa con una disposizione funzionale, ampia e con begli spazi esterni. Buona dotazione in cucina. Piscina grande il giusto. Zona tranquilla e vicina alle citta' del nord.

− Mancano luci esterne che si possono aggiungere.

A lovely relaxing stay at the villa once again

We've stayed at the villa three times now, which says that we like it and will probably return. The open plan living areas and spacious outdoor areas are perfect for us and make for a very enjoyable holiday. The gas BBQ makes the provision of a meal enjoyable as does the heated pool. We found out that the kitchen is due a refurbishment in a couple of months or so and while we were there the garden was maintained and new sun loungers arrived demonstrating the villa is being maintained.

− There was nothing really not to like. The village (El Roque) is about a 15 minute walk from El Cotillo and there is nothing apart from houses in El Roque, so if having shops, bars and restaurants in close proximity is what you want then perhaps this villa isn't for you - but we quite like the peace & quiet :-)

We had a brilliant stay in El Roque at Casa Chani. Manuel is a great guy and met us on arrival to give us some info and show us around the Villa. He is a message or phone call away if you need anything which we didn’t. The Villa is beautiful and very modern. The outdoor area with the heated pool and BBQ is fantastic and we spent quite a few evenings in with our boys instead of going out for a meal which we tend to do when we go away. El Roque is a quiet, peaceful, little village in the north of Fuerteventura. Would recommend a car to explore the island. El Cotillo is just up the road, boasting lovely beaches. We ventured to Corralejo a few days to explore the town and visit the water park. Overall a perfect home away from home. 👍🏻☀️

− We had everything we needed. Only minor criticism would be the kitchen, although modern, is a bit run down and a few of the doors need some attention. Aside from that. The place is faultless.
