Umístění vily je naprosto dokonalé. Nicméně oprava exteriéru i interiéru by byla vhodná.
7.0Umístění vily je naprosto dokonalé. Nádherná pláž, z bazénu a vily jdete přímo do moře. Kryté posezení s výhledem na bazén a moře bylo fascinující. V okolí jsou výborné restaurace, obchody a bary. Vyšlápli jsme turistický cíl Olymp Mytikas a užili si procházku soutěskou z Prionia do Litochore. Personál vily je moc milý, komunikace probíhala přes whatsapp, což urychlilo řešení a domluvu.
− Po příjezdu nefungovala ve dvou pokojích ze tří klimatizace a v několika oknech chyběly sítě proti hmyzu. Personál se snažil situaci vstřícně řešit, nicméně trvalo to 3 dny, což bylo v horkých nocích dost nepříjemné. Před příjezdem hostů mělo být výše uvedené zkontrolováno a opraveno. Celkově by si vila zasloužila venkovní i vnitřní rekonstrukci, prezentované fotky neodpovídají reálnému stavu vily. Vybavení je pro 12 hostů nedostačující (chybí dostatečné množství sklenic, hrnků na kávu, atd).

− AC didn’t work and you could tell it had not been serviced in a long time. Bees all in the bushes. A lot of tetanus shot hazards. You can tell it was nice back in its day.

10.0מיקום: הוילה יושבת על הים ממש חוף פרטי, בריכה מפנקת, המון פינות ישיבה, מטבח מאובזר בצורה טובה, מרפסת בקומה שנייה צופה אל הים. וילה גדולה, מעוצבת בצורה יפה ומושקעת. מיטות מאוד נוחות.
− באתר לא מפורט מספיק כמות חדרי אמבטיה ושירותים, בוילה יש 4 חדרי אמבטיה ושירותים שמספיקים לכל האורחים- לא בכל החדרים ישנם שרותים ומקלחת צמודים, לא בכל החדרים יש מזגן.
