Amazing, wonderful location at a villa that met all our needs.
10.0How organised the owner was and easy to get in touch with them. I felt extremely prepared and informed prior to arriving at the villa. We had two minor issues with the property that I'm only mentioning because the speed of response in rectifying them was tremendous. Would highly recommend the villa anyone going away in a big family / group.

− Ein Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage und es wäre viel besser wenn ein Gasgriller und kein Holzgriller da wäre

5.0The house was spacious enough for 6 people. Very good place if you want to be in the center of Arenal. It is a quiet part of the city. The equipment is older but functional
− Communication with Portic Villas agency was not good. No one answered, and when they did, nothing was possible. Taxi from the airport including bicycles. Late check out or luggage storage, due to a later departure. I had to ask for a refund of the deposit, they didn't do it themselves even after a few weeks. Excess electricity consumption is charged
