We could walk through the garden to the sea, swim and fish off the Jetty! (We bought collasable rods from Amazon!) We also used George boat rentals Skiathos who collected us from the jetty and took us round the whole island and returned us at the end of the day, we would recommend this as much nicer and easier than going from the town!. Vesuvius pizza also delivered to the Punta hotel just up the lane where were met them to collect for a late night pizza on arrival. The pool was fantastic, very clean and maintained. The owner changed our towels twice during our 7 day stay as was very helpful.

Wat een fantastische plek om de eerste dagen op Skiathos door te brengen! Het uitzicht verveelt nooit, de ferrys die aanleggen in de haven, de vliegtuigen die landen op de korte landingsbaan, je kunt er uren naar kijken. De villa is comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben er van genoten en komen zeker terug. Veel dank ook aan Katerina die er alles aan deed om ons heel welkom te laten voelen.

Our host Katerina was exceptionally friendly and helpful; great location, large garden that provided access down to the sea and privacy, easy to reach of main town and good views over to it from across the bay. Comfortable and well designed interior and plenty of seats to move between the front and back verandas when it got hot. Air conditioning very welcome. Loved our morning dips in the sea, even though there was a pool.

− The air conditioning was well used because as it did get very hot during our stay, but we did wonder if ceiling fans would be a cheaper low energy alternative that could be available for use?

A very confortable and restly house with all amenities and with a magnificient view and a wonderful pool. You are a little bit out of the city (you need a car), so it is very calm. Katerina is a great host, very available and answering every questions we had. I recommend 100% Lazareta's house.

− The Wi-Fi did not work all the time but we could manage without it
