9.0We knew the villa was going to be further away so we hired a car which is a must especially if you have small children with you. Villa is lovely and outside space is excellent and felt very safe and quiet at night.
− Some small things which needed attention internally but I have fed this back as they weren't major but do need looked at. Attention to detail could have been better.

5.0− Kalt, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Muffig, Toilette unten nicht okay Geschirrspüler nicht okay. Kamin nicht nutzbar. Haben das Wohnzimmer aufgrund von Kälte nicht nutzen können. Kein Pfeffer etc vor Ort. Denken es war lange keiner dort. Wir würden die finca nicht noch einmal buchen. Draußen schöner als drinnen.

9.0Lovely quiet setting but close enough for the Town. The BBQ area was great. Really enjoyed the pool.

3.0Location.
− Tiered. Basic. Drains in master bedroom bathroom had horrific smells. Had to leave the windows open and that allowed mosquitoes in. Dogs barking 24/7 from neighbours. Car reving loud exhausts from the joining courtyard at all hours.
Good to know
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours, and €75 outside of office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
