10.0Die Villa ist ein Traumhaus und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr schöne Lage, perfekt ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

9.0Wunderschöner Ausblick und großzügiger Gartenbereich mit Pool und eigenem Grill. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch die Reservierungen in empfohlenen Restaurants übernimmt.

10.0Wunderschönes , modernes Haus, wir haben uns 10 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Inhaber haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns gut fühlen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

10.0Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war einfach fantastisch! Nikos ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hat uns mit einem grossen Früchte- und Gemüsekorb willkommen geheissen. Seine Gastfreundschaft und zuvorkommende Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Urlaub zu einen unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Er hat uns viele nützliche Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Die 2-stöckige Villa ist absolut modern und makellos sauber. Die Meersicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll und gemütlich, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt - alle notwendigen Utensilien waren vorhanden. Der Poolbereich mit neu gebauter Aussenküche ist auch nicht zu toppen! Sogar ein Weinkühlschrank ist vorhanden. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb von Städtchen Ierapetra, deshalb ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Wir können die Villa sowie die herausragende Gastfreundschaft wärmstens empfehlen. Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Amazing holiday and super lovely hirer
10.0The villa is so beautiful an the view is amazing. There were five of us in the Nouvelle Villa and were warmly welcomed by the hirer Nico. Since we were too early, we were allowed to park our bags and go to the beach. When we were able to get in at 4pm, Nico showed us the house first and we were overwhelmed. It is just as beautiful as in the photos. There is everything your heart desires. Towels, bathrobe, slippers and even shampoo in the shower. Outside there is a barbecue, sunbeds, a swing and a toilet that you do not have to go from the pool to the house. The house has 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, one with bathroom and a bathroom in the hallway for the other two rooms. Outside is a covered terrace by the pool and upstairs is another covered terrace. The house is air conditioned and has a well equipped kitchen. I fell in love with the dishes. The living room has a large and comfortable couch. All in all we can only say thanks to Nico, his family and the beautiful house. We felt super comfortable and well rested. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than normal, but for that you really have everything! And Nico always surprised us with fruit or some homemade Greek treats. We can only recommend it. Thank you again!
