7.0Die Lage
− Die Villa Iceberg Mini ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Unterkunft (Bungalow mit Hof für Auto, Küchenzeile mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd ist deutlich abgenutzt) ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet, zum Bad gibt es bereits Einträge. Die Lage ist ihr Pluspunkt. Das Aussensofa hat z.B. deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Wenn man nur zum Baden nach Kalamaki kommen möchte und auswärts isst, ist sie okay. Das Kücheninventar ist zusammengewürfelt. In unserem Fall wiesen Küchenutensilien von der Vormieterschaft noch deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Wenn man deutsches TV schauen möchte, wird man, trotz der vielen Sender, enttäuscht. Weniger Deko wäre mehr, dafür gerne Austausch von Geräten.

9.0La posizione della struttura a due passi dal mare in un paesino veramente piacevole. La casa era a misura di famiglia, non mancava nulla, forse il bagno un po' piccolo e rumoroso ( porta mal funzionante) ma nel complesso tutte piccolezze trascurabili che non hanno assolutamente influito sulla nostra bella permanenza.
