Clean accommodation, not disturbed unnecessarily by the owners. Nice fluffy towels. Own pool, cleaned daily. Position of villa is within walking distance of supermarkets, bars and restaurants

− Being able to hear the conversations in the villa above. This is due to the separation being a slatted wooden fence. Which you could also see through. The other villas are separated by a thick hedge of trees /bushes.

Basic and need of major update.

The property is in a lovely location if u want to be just near small beach and a smattering of restaurants. Its own gardens are lovely and when you arrive you drive into an Olive patch and park under the olive trees.

− The property is like stepping back to the 1990’s. Nothing is comfortable. The inside sofa is very worn out. Outside seating and loungers are metal and basic with no comfort considered. The parasol was bodged together in a base and the outside fly shutters didn’t work. The pool liner is heavily marked with algae and the metal steps are rickety. Everything needs updating. Its tired and unloved and when you go on holiday you want some comfort and particularly if you in. The bathroom is grim! Toilet water comes up out the floor and floods the bathroom.

Prachtige en natuurlijke omgeving, vriendelijke mensen. Restaurants op loopafstand. Agostolli met auto makkelijk bereikbaar. Zwembad was heerlijk!

− Zeer compleet huisje, badkamer wat gedateerd.

Great facilities, poor communication.

The property was as described, with a lovely pool out the back and kitchen and living room area. It’s also situated in a quaint area which is really quiet and away from the busier touristy parts of Kefalonia, so you’ll feel away from all the hustle and bustle.

− The shower unit leaked on to the bathroom floor which caused pools of water to gather. When we contacted Agni Travel services about this we felt that the communication wasn’t great, with the owner randomly showing up one morning without notice and then returning again later again without notice (despite having asked when he would be back). He fixed part of the issue but it still leaked but at that point we only had one day left. Also one afternoon, again, without notice, the cleaners came even though it stipulated they come after 7 days (we were only there at that point for 3 days). Again, no communication on this front which felt like an invasion of privacy. In terms of other facilities, the AC unit in the living room leaked, and while there were some information letting you know once you got into the property it still leaked onto the floor at some point and we had to leave a bucket there to catch it on some evenings. There was also no AC in the bedroom. Finally, before we got there, the property charged us a tourist tax of €50 euros. When we got there, it turned out the tourist tax was 0.50 cents per night per person. When we rightly brought this up they refunded us, but I felt very strange about the whole situation, because if we had not of said anything we would have been over charged.

Andreas the owner, was really friendly + helpful. The location was lovely and peaceful. Pool was clean, had sunbeds + umbrella. The villa had everything we needed. We loved it there, and we would highly recommend it.
