− Отсутствует кондиционер в одной из спален, было невыносимо жарко спать. Так же не очень безопасная лестница в бассейн, не закреплена и было страшно залазить в бассейн.

8.0Klíče nám předala paní na recepci kousek od ubytování,velice příjemná.
− Od dvou televizí jeden ovladač,každá televize v jiném patře... Od klimatizace také pouze jeden ovladač. Na záchodě ulomený držák na toaletní papír-nespraveno. Jinak vše v pořádku,vilka krásná,vybavená.

8.0Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Es war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und ich würde die Villa auch weiterempfehlen. Das Highlight für die Kinder: es kam täglich eine Katze vorbei und benahm sich als ob sie zum Haus gehören würde.
− Im Inneren könnten mit ein paar wenigen Handgriffen Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung gebracht werden: z.B. die Gardinenstangen festdübeln (waren kurz vorm rausfallen) oder auch im Bad den Brausekopf der Dusche erneuern. Der Pool ist für lebhafte Kinder (wir hatten 5 dabei) etwas ungünstig, das hatten wir auf den Fotos zwar gesehen, jedoch unterschätzt (Absturzgefahr, Höhe Rand ca. 1,5 Meter).
Für den Preis definitiv nicht sauber genug und die Küchenausstattung zu wenig und lieblos.
6.0Die Lage war in Ordnung, der Pool wurde täglich kontrolliert. Ebenso wurden die Mülltonnen täglich geprüft. Das Haus an sich war gut aufgeteilt. Für den reklamierten Schädlingsbefall (Ameisen) wurde ins relativ schnell ein Spray geliefert.
− Es war nicht wirklich sauber. Ein paar Schritte über den Fußboden und man hatte schwarze Füße. Leider haben uns auch die Bettwanzen jede Nacht belästigt. Es gab sehr viele Defekte an den Möbeln, die Türen ließen sich nicht schließen. Eine angebliche Liegewiese war der gepflasterte Bereich vor dem Pool. Die Ausstattung der Küche lies zu wünschen übrig. Mit 3 Messern ist es etwa kompliziert für 5 Personen.
Het was fantastisch met ons gezin in Dramalj. Tot gauw weer!!!
