The pool, ammenities, the staff. I tried to ride a scooter but did feel comfortable, and the lovely staff drove me up the road and back. The dinner inside the villa cooked by the staff was also amazing. Highly recommend

The villa is gorgeous and offers filtered views of the ocean. It is in a great location - albeit a bit far from the airport, but the staff organised a driver for us at the best rate (we asked for a few other quotes) - we could get to many activities and sights via scooter, which we could rent via the staff for only AUD 7 a day. Extremely helpful staff - nothing they couldn't do. Filling breakfast cooked fresh every day.

− The beds could be more comfortable. The bedrooms are a bit far apart - and either close to the unfenced pool or on top of a stone staircase outside - which is great for bigger kids or other couples or family, but not great for young kids.

Absolutely loved it and I definitely did not say that about everywhere we stayed.

It was so easy to ask questions and get information. the staff were waiting for us with a welcome drink and some menu's from local eateries for lunch/future meals etc. They provided 3 mosquito burning containers and plenty of coils, we used them but didnt notice any mozzie's. We loved the 16m pool with a shallow and deep end, we could walk down the hill to snorkel its not the best reef in Amed but we enjoyed it, saw turtles, lots of fish, there is an eel garden and lots of gregorian sea fans. The other reefs (Jemeluk and Japanese wreck) are easy to get to via scooter or car. Staff were super lovely and the breakfast they cooked for us every morning was delicious and huge, it was nice to have a fridge to put what we couldn't eat away for later. Loved that they had effective fans in the living areas inc Cobana. Very well thought out Villa.

− booking.com indicated it was nearer Lipah beach but that ended up being better for us because we loved the local eateries, especially the one to the right after the bridge sitting upstairs and enjoying the breeze.
