Grossartige und sehr saubere Villa mit allen Extras und umfangreicher Ausstattung.
10.0Die Begrüßung war herzlich und freundlich. Schon vorab konnten wir uns umfangreich mit dem Eigentümer austauschen. Er war auch während des Aufenthaltes stets erreichbar und bot Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkäufe an. Die Villa war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet, komfortabel und umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Klimatisierung und Verschattungs- und Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten halfen an heißen Tagen das Haus kühl und frisch zu halten. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Bäder sind sauber und groß. Im Wohnzimmer und Essbereich war genügend Platz für alle. Gerade der Außenbereich mit den verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten war super. Das Highlight war der große Pool. Dieser wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes von einem Pooldienst sogar zweimal gereinigt. Die große Dachterrasse haben wir gar nicht genutzt, aber selbst das wäre möglich. Vor der Villa können locker 2-3 Fahrzeuge auf dem Hof parken. Mit wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Hafen und am Kiesstrand. Ein Wasserpark ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso ein Bäcker. Rundum eine phantastische Villa mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
− Auf der anderen Straßenseite gab es eine kleine Baustelle mit entsprechenden Lärm am frühen Morgen. Aber das lässt sich nicht vermeiden und ist vermutlich auch nur temporär.

10.0Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem sehr zuvorkommendem Vermieter. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten und Ausflüge.
− Es fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Ausstattung, zb. Eine Grillzange. Wie gesagt, das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten.

10.0Great hosts who welcome you upon arrival and are there for every question and suggestion. House is spacious, clean with all amenities you need and more. Outside pool is good size (10m long), surrounding area of the house is peaceful, just what you need for vacation. In the village there is excellent fish restaurant recommended by host with daily fresh fish. Town of Pula is also very near (about 4-5km) and it is good location for daily trip to Brijuni national park because Fažana, from where the boat takes off is just 20-30 minutes drive. All in all excellent vacation spot.
