The location is nice on the beach front, just a short walk on the beach around the point to coconut beach.

− The villas are a lovely style however the bed linen is worn, not fresh and we had filthy towels, stains and grey. We had an invasion of ants throughout the entire upstairs bathroom and bedroom we spoke to staff daily and still infested, they gave us a spray to deal with it. There no windows in the bathroom just shutters so all the insects can come inside. There’s a mosquito net over the bed however that doesn’t stop the insects. Also only timber shutters needs block out curtains or blinds other wise the bedroom is full of sun upon sunrise. The staff were not welcoming at all, unusual for Balinese hospitality. Check in was a plastic wifi sign placed in front of us and a piece of paper to sign. Dragged our own luggage the stairs and also no pre check out either. breakfast was average, husband was served the bread crust for his toast, the ladies taking our order barley spoke and smiled and we felt a burden. Also don’t serve breakfast until after 8am till 10am. Asked us early in the day if we required dinner if not don’t open. The staff mostly lazed around the back of the kitchen area all day, even caught two staff sleeping downstairs on the lounge chairs during the middle of the day, had the blinds down. the front lounge chairs cushions went put out or umbrellas had to ask which again seemed a hassle to them. We did book at a discounted rate, glad we didn’t pay full price you can certainly find better villas on the island. I believe it’s an Australian owner so actually disappointed on the standard.

Es war ein perfekter und traumhafter Urlaub. Danke an das White Horse Resort Team. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Ob Ausflüge oder Fähren, alles wurde einfach und unkompliziert gebucht und organisiert. Wir konnten uns nur auf den Urlaub und die Erlebnisse konzentrieren und uns voll und ganz entspannen Vielen lieben Dank für diesen Urlaub. Und wir werden euch wieder besuchen kommen. :D

Place was beautiful , food was amazing, and the staff made the experience even better. Would return for the staff alone,

Le cadre, la piscine et l'accès direct à la mer

− Le changement de température de l'eau chaude pendant la douche et aucun rideaux au fenêtre --> réveil tôt . Le restaurant de l'hôtel ferme à 19h... Il faut être véhiculé Pour le tarif il y a des choses à améliorer
