10.0It was an exceptional stay for our group of family and friends. Staffs went went above and beyond to make us comfortable, always available to serve us and the kids!! Even they kept the kids engaged and entertained while time with their koi pond and other activities. In house cooking on order and unlimited on demand coffee and juices were a breeze in the hot weather. They even arranged our everyday full day transport and booked snorkelling and paragliding for us on request. Villa manager Susilo were so great with kids, he even went with us voluntarily to paragliding to babysit so we can have fun!! Villa facilities were very good, clean swimming pool, table tennis and pool table were nice. Rooms were aesthetic and very clean with all toiletries provided. In house laundry facility and on demand massage, ladies enjoyed a lot. Will love to come back again to have another blast.
A very relaxing and intimate stay in a nice private villa with extremely attentive staff.
9.0We loved having the whole private villa to ourselves, and the kids were excited to have some independence exploring the property. The staff were fantastic, and the food was great.
− The villa is a bit north of the more popular tourist areas and resorts - so any trip out of the property is a drive. We did have a car, but the staff were also very happy to drive us around when needed. Unfortunately the beach had recently been washed away in a storm, but hopefully they’ll get it fixed up in due course.
We had an unforgettable family vacation here.
8.0The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well arranged with all the buildings and amenities. We loved the pool and poolside loungers. It was fun to bring out the karaoke machine and sing around the pool. It was fun having the pool table and badminton court. We loved the spa services on-site. The private beach was awesome and the kayaks fun to have. The staff was so attentive and accommodating, met all our needs, and made our stay very special. It was fun to interact and get to know some of them. The entire staff participated in an unforgettable anniversary celebration for us on the beach with a huge bonfire, music, dancing, and fireworks....so much fun! We also like the commemorative coconut tree planting. The well lit grounds at night and security was also appreciated.
− It would have been nice to have more games...i.e croquet, board games, etc. More bikes and kayaks for a large group would also be nice. Didn't like the critters in and around the villa rooms. You need good ear plugs for the noise of the morning religious rituals.
