The dirtiest and most poorly maintained holiday property I have ever encountered.
1.0− The property was not ready for guests on arrival. Cleaning staff only began cleaning after we had checked in. Despite this, the villa remained extremely dirty, with heavy dust accumulation under beds and furniture, cobwebs, dead insects, dirty bathroom fixtures, stained curtains and generally poor hygiene throughout the property. There was also a strong septic tank/sewage smell, particularly on the ground floor where the living room and two bedrooms are located. The smell was persistent and unpleasant. The condition of the villa suggested that it had not been properly deep-cleaned or maintained for a very long time. The attached photographs were taken after the cleaners had completed their work.

− Was not ready for guests, linen un changed, pillows,stained yellow. It could be a great place, just needs some TLC n better communication between owner and staff

− Could more cleanup to do We found leftover oil with bug in it still in the kitchen, bed cover and bed sheets with stain and smell damp This villa is more for Indonesian market and understandable with the price range compared to other properties around this area. The villa need little bit care & renovation
