9.0נוף מהמם! ירידה ישירה למדבר! מושלם. מיקום פשוט מושלם, שקט ויפיפה. אמנם בשכונה של משפחות אבל שקט מאוד ושלווה מוחלטת. הבית מרווח, עם כל האבזור שצריך לשהות משפחתית נוחה ורגועה. חצר מושלמת, גם מבחינת נוף וגם מבחינת אבזור לברביקיו וישיבה בחוץ מוצלת. יש רשתות, תריסים מחשיכים כדי לישון טוב בבוקר. יש ממ"ד :-).
− אפשר להעלות קצת את רמת הניקיון, אבל לא קריטי (מקומות עם אבק). אפשר לשפר תחזוקה, לדוגמא אסלה מעט שבורה. מיטות קצת קשות.
שהייה סתמית , נהנים מכך שאין הרבה אופציות בסביבה וגובים מחיר מופרז על מוצר בסיסי ביותר

− אין 3 אמבטיות כפי שכתוב, אלא רק 2 ושירותים נוספים הוילה לא מפנקת בשום צורה , וגם אין ניסיון לתת יחס אישי, לא פגשנו את הבעלים ולא קיבלנו שום הודעה במהלך השהייה מחיר גבוה מאוד ביחס לתמורה הבסיסית, שילמנו כמעט 5,000 שקל ואפילו קפסולות לקפה לא טרחו לשים ליד המכונה…

10.0בית חם ומתוחזק היטב, מושלם למשפחות גדולות עם הרבה ילדים או לשתי משפחות קטנות. מטבח מאובזר, מגבות ומצעים נקיים, גינה נחמדה עם ברביקיו ושולחן גדול. היה ממש מושלם לצרכים שלנו.
