7.0It located in coconut fields between two backwater canals. Staff is good and supportive, helped to make food for baby.
− The description mentioned on site; like boat ride, Candlelight dinner and thumbnail photos are not matching the actual facility. User got miss guided about this specially in Monsoon. Also the Room facility need to be upgraded, linen, curtains and furniture. Roads are narrow if traveling in night should be taken care by guide or a photo map

− The property does not match the description provided on your website. This constitutes a failure to provide the service advertised. I am requesting that Booking.com intervene as a mediator because the property is in breach of the service agreement displayed on your platform." I cancelled this booking because the property I arrived at was significantly different from the photos and description shown on your website. My request is not a simple change of plans, but a claim against misleading advertising on your platform. I have attached photographic evidence of the discrepancy.
