− Check in process was not comfortable. We had to stay outside the property for 1.5 hours before we got checked in. No one was available to check us in because they did not get the booking confirmation. Apparently I had booked and I received the confirmation in booking.com even though of if I did not complete the payment. They mentioned for them until the payment was completed they wouldn’t take it as a confirmation which was not the case when I had booked through booking.com
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the coffee
8.0Property is basic, but very clean and well maintained. Location is a bit off-beat, with stunning views from the garden. Nice garden to sit out and just watch the clouds go by, waterfalls in the distance on the hills. It's about half hour drive to Kodai lake so quite easy to get in and roam around. Garden was great for our pet and young kids to run about, play some football, badminton. Due to rain we couldn't do the trek through the estate but we went some of the way in. Great hospitality by the staff onsite. Food was home made and light. They were able to customize based on our requests with less spicy options for kids.
− Nothing really. We had a wonderful relaxed time. Wifi works only in the living room, but Airtel 4g was working so we didn't rely on it much. The steep driveway is a bit interesting and may be challenging for some drivers.
