9.0We had originally booked Padam Hill, but upon booking we were told there are 80 steps to reach the villa - this was not possible for my parents. We were then given a free upgrade to Paris Villa, which is in the same compound. The villa was airy and spacious. Food was amazing. Staff is very attentive, polite and available in case you have any issues. Yash and Prashant were very helpful. Overall, a very peaceful stay.
− I wish the villa were a bit cleaner though - the common toilet in the living room is kind of dirty. We found dead bugs on our bed and in the wardrobe.
