10.0Everything was exactly as described. The location is simply incredible, with breathtaking views right in the heart of Oia. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. Communication before and during our stay was outstanding—Mary was proactive, responsive, and always helpful without ever being pushy. The luggage porter service is absolutely essential in Oia and was well organized, making arrival and departure much easier. Breakfast was good and delivered reliably every morning. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free from booking to check-out.
− Very little to complain about. If we had to mention something, breakfast offered limited flexibility and was similar each morning, but it was good and this did not affect our overall experience.

Stunning Caldera Stay with a Few Uphill Challenges
7.0The highlight of the stay was the beautiful view from the room, which offered a wonderful Santorini experience. We also appreciated the efforts of our host, Mary, who, despite being injured, did her best to assist us throughout our stay via SMS and was always willing to help whenever possible.
− Access to the hotel involves walking up and down a hillside via somewhat narrow stairs, which may be challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Communication with the host was limited to SMS, as calls and WhatsApp were not accepted. Given the area’s inconsistent mobile phone connectivity, this sometimes made it difficult to get assistance, as we often had to step outside the room to send or receive messages. The Wi-Fi connection, however, was reliable within the room. The bathroom could benefit from better lighting, and the exhaust fan was not functioning during our stay, making the space feel rather stuffy. With a few improvements in these areas, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

9.0A beautiful apartment in the most wonderful private location. Spacious, beautifully decorated and quiet. This apartment has everything you need for a romantic stay in Oia. Once you get used to the steps up and down, all is well.
− The constant photoshoots just below the entrance but it’s not a big deal, this happens everywhere in Oia as its picture perfect.
