Lovely little property in the heart of Motovun.

Well located apartment with stunning views of the valley. About half way up the hill in Motovun so great for both accessing the bars and restaurants at the top and also the car/parking. Igor was an extremely helpful and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much.

− As mentioned in other reviews, the staircase to the bedroom is more like a ladder! And we found we couldn’t lock the gate at the top which would be interesting if you tend to sleepwalk! Lovely properly but would not recommend for those with limited mobility or fear of heights.

Es handelt sich um ein wunderbar ausgebautes kleines, turmartiges Gebäude mit Wohn-/Essraum inkl. Küchenzeile im Erdgeschoss und Schlafraum im Obergeschoss. Auf sehr kleiner Gebäudefläche ist dadurch eine sehr charmante, kleine Maisonettwohnung entstanden. Sensationell ist die Terasse mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick über die herrliche Landschaft. Alles ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, und als Gastgeschenk hat uns Igor sogar einen lokalen Wein in die Wohnung stellen lassen. Als Gastgeber hat er uns gute Erläuterungen zum Zugang geschickt, und der Schlüssel konnte vor Ort bezogen werden.

− Die Treppe in das Obergeschoss ist sehr steil. Dies hat uns nicht gestört, aber man muss vorsichtig sein, und es braucht eine gewisse Fitness, um die Koffer da hochzuhieven.
