10.0The location, view, cleanliness and furnishings of the house are very good.The host, Mr. Antreas, is a very caring person and helped us with everything,a truly hospitable islander.There is air conditioning in every room but there is a pretty good air flow so you don't need to turn it on.I will spend my next Samos holiday in this house.

8.0The house is very spacious and has all what you need. Huge kitchen, washing machine, comfy couch & beds, large balcony, and terrace etc. Everything is comfortable and looks good. Check in and checkout very smooth.
− What you need to know is that the villa is located next to a busy street, so it is not the quietest place, that was for us the biggest downside, but it is a matter of preference. Few things require repairs like ventilation in the bathroom or mosquito net in the bedroom. TV didnt work either (we are not people who watch TV but there was important game one night and we thought it would be nice to watch it since we were back in a place already).
