9.0Μεγάλο, ζεστό και περιποιημένο σπίτι. Πολύ καθαρό. Εξαιρετικά άνετο για μεγάλη οικογένεια (+5 μέλη). Βολική θέση στάθμευσης. Ωραίος κήπος.
− Είχε μία δυσκολια η κλειδαριά της εξωτερικής θύρας. 2-3 λάμπες ήταν καμένες. Το παντζούρι του σαλονιού είχε δυσκολία στο κλείσιμο.
