1.0− Turned up at 11.30pm from the airport (late check in was approved) to be told there was no vacancy for us. They were rude and did nothing to help solve the problem and I have had to chase up a refund of my money.

6.0Beautiful location with nice views—it truly feels like authentic Bali.
− We stayed in the “PENDENT” cabin. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for us, as it felt almost like sleeping outside and light was not enough. In the evening, around 8:30 pm, we could clearly hear what I believe was prayer music. Noise from the neighboring property was also very noticeable. During the night, sounds from outside—such as insects, motorcycles, and so on—were very loud. In the morning, the roosters started crowing, and around 5:30 am we again heard the prayer music clearly. We had booked two nights but decided to leave after the first. The owner was friendly and has other cabins, which maybe has a better level of soundproofing.

− Necesita una limpieza a fondo, habia mucho polvo acumulado en las lámparas de la mesilla y en el cabecero de la cama. Muchas telas de araña.

5.0Bery big beds and nice outdoor space. Breakfast was ok. The space needed more light.
− We were completely alone in the cabins, there was no one in the reception. Only a camera and a number of telephone to call if you needed something.

1.0No pudo gustarme nada del alojamiento, puesto que directamente nos tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento. Para empezar solicitamos una hora de check in, la cual fue aprobada. Además, escribimos mediante la plataforma la hora a la que se supone que llegábamos. Tras hora y media de viaje, llegamos al lugar y nos encontramos que no había nadie para recibirnos, por lo que volví a escribir indicando que estábamos en el sitio, pero no había nadie. No obtuvimos respuesta alguna. Además, ninguno de los teléfonos de contacto que tenían disponibles tenían WhatsApp, por lo que no se les podía escribir. Puesto que somos extranjeros, viajamos sólo con internet y no tenemos teléfono para llamar. Escribí un mensaje al correo que indican y nos mandan desde una plataforma un formulario. Pasando frío como estábamos después de 45 minutos esperando, habiendo pasado la hora indicada del check indican decidimos buscar otro alojamiento e irnos.
− No me gustó la atención recibida, que ha sido nula. Además he solicitado devolución del importe pagado, que ni siquiera sé si me lo devolverán.
