Very comfortable villa!

The villa was spotless! High quality furniture and kitchen utensils. Air con in all rooms. Great swimming pool. Good location for visiting the surrounding areas. By car, around 5km to major supermarkets. 3 min to local beach. 15 min to really nice beaches on the peninsula. Tonci is a dedicated host that is keen to make sure you have a good stay. He was very generous bringing delicious fresh fruits and local food to us. He makes his own olive oil and I regretted not buying some more to bring home.

Nice house with aircondition, pool and playground

House with aircondition in all rooms, its own pool and also nice playground for kids. Bedrooms and one bathroom are on the first floor. Living room,kitchen and smaller bathroom on the ground floor. Washing machine including washing gel available, dishwasher also available. Enough space for parking. There is not much in the surrounding, so you have your privacy. Good combination for smaller kids - in the morning sea, in the afternoon pool. Owner cleaned the pool each morning. There are also sunshades / umbrellas by the pool. Nearest beach is about 3min of drive and there is enough shade there. Supermarkets are about 15-20min of drive. Owner was taking care a lot of us during our stay, he brought us fruits, olive oil, prepared dinner for us and gave us also some small gifts at the end of our holiday. Since we stayed 2 weeks, owner provided us also additional bedding.

− The kitchen ( incl.fridge) is somehow smaller if the house is fully occupied and also there could be bit more equipment (missing kettle, colander etc). Note that payment is possible only in cash in € the day you arrive; for our 2 weeks stay to much money in our wallet. I would prefer to pay by card. We were very negatively surprised with CHECKOUT, even if the owner informed us a day before that it will take approx 30min. The owner was checking the house very detailed and it really took 1/2 HOUR. I understand that he protects his property but counting towells, bedding, kitchen equipment, trying water in bathrooms etc. is inappropriate in my opinion. He could have done it after we left but of course it is connected with the caution of 200€ paid in cash when you arive. Caution was returned to us after the long controll. I have never experienced such check out (and I have been travelling quite a lot) and I hope I will never experience it again. I think it is pitty to finish the stay like that...
