7.0Located down an alley, away from road noise, close to shops and restaurants. Quite and safe feeling. Manager very accommodating with late checkout when able to. Beds comfy, bedding arrangements great for a family of 4, and a bathroom per room was great. Living a kitchen seemed more spacious than in photos. Kitchen had everything you need, except couldn't find coffee machine. Had some extra touches like a bottled water cooler (20L) and lots of mosquito coils and bug spray. Pool was but clean. A bit run down l, but just depends what you are looking for. We were out most of the day and weren't cooking.
− A bit run down, paint peeling, hard water marks, one fan didn't work etc. One of the showers didn't drain properly, one bathroom had a few cockroachs on the first night (bug spray provided sorted that easily)

8.0Location was great. Close to everything but still felt like it was peaceful and quiet. Close to food and the beach. The cleaner and the host were very nice, and we felt very welcome. The host was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. The rooms were very comfortable, and the pool was great. I would stay at this villa again.
− The toilet in the one of the bathrooms didn't flush sometimes. We fixed it ourselves, but it was a little bit annoying. The sink also would not empty. Fortunately, the cleaner was there at the time, and she was able to fix it, but I think the sing plug should be replaced.
Bedrooms were huge, open layout was nice. Circle K next door, very handy.Definitely would stay there again.

− Sun bed needs attention. Needs repair and cushion needs a good scrub to rid it of mould.
