1.0The nature surrounding the villa
− Don’t know where to start, the kitchen was dirty as if it wasn’t cleaned in a week. The phone was dead, there were no napkins, no bathroom towels, no subbed, no pool towels, and the water in the villa would stop every 10 seconds and at the last day the water was off, they had to work on it for three hours before fixing it, the water broke again at night which made us change the villa and move everything the day before our departure which was very stressful, also, the breakfast is awful, only the choices and still out of the three choices they’d have stuff that weren’t available. And for those who want privacy, the walls are low and have holes so anyone can see anything.

9.0Location, staff, I loved everything about it, there could be claims about the cleanliness from my GF but honestly, I was not as bothered. A lot of places reopen with similar issues so yeah.
