10.0It is a good and well maintained property. Cleanliness and hygiene is good. Rooms were pretty and nice to stay at. We enjoyed the pool area the most and were very surprised at how well maintained that was as well. Had a good stay.

Harassment Despite Confirmed Booking — Serious Hospitality Failure & Hidden charges

− Our stay at Forestwood Villa (26–28 February) was one of the most unprofessional and humiliating hospitality experiences my family has faced. Despite making a full advance payment of ₹20,700 through Booking.com, the property failed to maintain basic coordination and communication. The booking platform did not provide any option to declare pets nor mention GST or additional charges, yet immediately after payment I attempted multiple times to inform the assigned contact person, Amrit, who ignored calls and never returned them. On arrival, the staff outright denied us entry, refused to even verify our valid booking confirmation, and spoke in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. My elderly parents were made to stand outside the property for nearly an hour without being offered even a chair or basic courtesy. We were treated like intruders rather than confirmed guests. Repeated calls to the property contact were deliberately disconnected, and only when we decided to approach the local police did the management suddenly acknowledge our confirmed booking. To make matters worse, we were then forced to pay an additional ₹11,000 under the pretext of taxes and pet charges that were never disclosed during booking — clearly hidden and non-transparent charges. This reflects extremely poor management, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for guest dignity and transparency. The management of Ekostay Forestwood Villa must take responsibility for this incident, review the conduct of their staff. This experience was far below acceptable hospitality standards.

− Everything, no electricity, AC was leaking water and we couldn’t use the room, we were 12-13 people with not enough space to sleep. Incorrect and false advertisement by the Ekostay team, none of the rooms had king size bed, only small queen size beds

10.0This property has the best location with scenic view with a very compelling structure and the caretaker was also very helpful. The photos and information about the facilities at this Villa was same as in Ekostay website. The Room size was also good. The walking around the villa was also enjoyable and safe. Highly recommended to all those who are looking for a perfect gateway.

10.0Amazing Villa As its showed in the website. Very well maintained. Staff was very helpful. The swimming pool was one of the best part to enjoy with the family. Food was very tasty. The bedroom, bathroom was very clear as if it was new. we all feel like home in this Villa. The Ekostay Team is good and supportive. Thank you.
