10.0Un appartamento bellissimo, comodo, spazioso, luminoso, pulito.. non mancava nulla. Mi sono sentito benissimo nei nove giorni in cui sono stato li... e il personale mi ha aiutato tanto nonostante il problema della lingua, ma con buona volontà si supera tutto. Devo fare un ringraziamento speciale a Iris che mi ha seguito e indicato molte cose logistiche per conoscere dei posti molto belli che senza il suo aiuto non avrei conosciuto. Se dovessi tornare a Sanya... tornerei li senza dubbio !!!

For the price we paid it was decent. Friendly and helpful staff.
8.0Before I went to the apartment I did read some reviews which said about how dirty it was. But it was really clean, staff were really helpful and friendly. Peaceful and quiet.
− Location is little far from transportation and the beach. There was a mold on the ceiling in some room.

5.0Общее состояние объекта требует косметического, а в некоторых местах и капитального ремонта. Видно, что замысел был не плохой, но состояние всех вилл плохое. Постельное белье хорошее, на этом из положительного - всё. Вилл в посёлке много, просили заменить нам на лучшее состояние, но осмотр показал, что все в одинаковом плохом и грязном состоянии.
− Грязно, сломано. Фильтрация бассейна не работает. Пользоваться бассейном невозможно.
