8.0Die Lage des Ressorts am Rande des Nationalparks ist wunderschön und auch praktisch, um zu den Safaris zu fahren. Personal - angefangen vom Manager - ist absolut professionell, aufmerksam und freundlich. Prima fanden wir auch die angebotene Tour rund um das Ressort und zum Strand. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die neu gebauten Villen sahen sehr gut aus, wir waren aber in einer der alten Villen. Diese benötigen an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas Überarbeitung, sind aber noch o.k.
− Die Preise für die Minibar sind exorbitant hoch, also unbedingt vorher im Ort einkaufen. Auch die Preise für das eher durchschnittliche Abendessen sind deutlich zu hoch.
The ultimate in luxury and sustainable safari stays!
10.0My entire family LOVED this hotel and we were sad to leave. The family suite was gorgeous and so well appointed. We loved the attached pool, the indoor/outdoor shower, and so much more. We had dinner in the restaurant and the ultimate highlight of our stay was the golf cart safari and purple sand beach adventure. Staff was fantastic and of course our safari in Yala was incredible. Highly recommend this gorgeous place.

9.0− Everything was very good and the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times! However, the AC in the room was terrible and we suffered as we had our baby with us and most of the time it was warm and humid as the AC was not working properly or not enough for the big villa. Otherwise everything was absolutely amazing, Suresh I believe his name is was extremely helpful and sweet and showed us around the hotel and crocodile lake and even went with us to the safari which we truly appreciated!

10.0Incredible, location, staff, attention, restaurant and food was delicious!!!! It was heaven. So many animals everywhere! Pool and accommodation was divine!
