Une finca charmante au calme
9.0Un emplacement au calme dans un environnement très bucolique. Une belle maison confortable pour 3 couples avec du charme. L'espace extérieur est un de ses meilleurs atouts. Le lieu parfait pour profiter de 4 golfs à maximum 15mn. Artà est accessible à pied pour une belle promenade. L'accès est sur une voie étroite à double sens que toutes les applications de localisation ne repèrent pas facilement. Utilisez le lien du loueur pour trouver facilement. Nous étions en minibus et avons pu quand même circuler.
− Il faut porter l'ensemble de ses poubelles à Artà au point de collecte qui est à environ 10mn en voiture.

It can still get chilly in the evening in April, but I 100% recommend to stay here! :)
8.0The location was amazing, really quiet, the view was perfect. It was really spacious and there were a lot of lovely details in the decoration and supplies (e.g. hair dryer was there, some liquid soap). The outside area and the pool were awesome. Handing over/retrieving the key went really well, we always had the feeling that we can contact someone in case of questions. It was an amazing vacation here!
− Some things could be renovated, but it’s not too bad. E.g. the mattresses were kind of soft (but some people probably prefer that). There could be more an eye to details in the kitchen area, e.g.: A glass was broken, but still inside the cupboard; a cup had a small dent; the dishwasher was not cleaned thoroughly; one piece in the fridge was broken and not replaced… we could still use everything and nothing was really dirty, the rest of the place was awesome, but maybe check on those things more often.

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
Guests mustn't leave any rubbish in the accommodations prior to departure. Otherwise, a EUR 150 waste fee will be charged to the guest.
In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.
The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests.
